Next Street is working toward a more inclusive US economy by revolutionizing how small business access the capital, customers, and services they need to be successful.
Letter from the CEO
We are in challenging times. The overall economic toll from COVID-19 on small businesses and their employees will be immense and disproportionately impact already underserved small businesses. However, we have a vision that small businesses and the ecosystem around them have access to the resources they need to weather the effects from the COVID-19 pandemic and emerge stronger after the crisis than they are today.
Next Street’s entire mission is to work toward a more inclusive economy by revolutionizing how small businesses gain access to the capital, customers, and services they need to be successful. We do this by working directly with small businesses to help them navigate the many changing resources available, which is very much aligned with the spirit of the Open We Stand campaign. We also accomplish this on behalf of small businesses by working with our institutional clients – corporations, foundations, governments, and nonprofits – as they design and deliver the right capital and service solutions to small businesses.
During this time of uncertainty, we are doubling down on this mission by supporting small businesses through our services centers in New York and by working with our institutional clients to develop new funding options, services to understand how to navigate this environment, and more. We are updating our small business resources regularly and any updates can be found on our website.
Every day, Next Street lives our founding values of integrity, transparency, excellence, innovation, and equity. Those values energize us through today’s uncertainty to continue to fulfill our mission during this critical time.
