Letter from the CEO
In our more than 20 years of business, we’ve weathered with you the storms of the dot com bust, 9/11, the 2008 financial crisis and the recession that followed, major weather events and wild fires that have touched all parts of the world, and government shutdowns — and throughout this shared journey we have worked to support and sustain our employees, our customers and our partners. As we address a pandemic that will no doubt become a chapter in the history books, this commitment will not waver.
Many businesses today are stepping up to help, because no one business can do it alone. That is why we have decided to join GoDaddy in the Open We Stand initiative, to come together to help the most vulnerable during this crisis. We all need to support our employees and look for ways to help our customers navigate these waters. In the last few months, we’ve seen generosity and kindness, intergenerational support and solidarity, and remarkable fortitude. It is during times like these that courage and generosity and resilience make a difference.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of our national and global economies, creating jobs and helping local communities and families thrive. When they succeed, we all succeed. Touch-free payments with QR codes
Generate your own QR code and allow your customers to buy in-person safely, securely and touch free with no seller fees through September 30, 2020*.
Instant Transfer fee waiver
PayPal is waiving fees to instantly withdraw money from a PayPal business account to a bank account, Mastercard® Debit or Visa® Debit card through June 30, 2020.
Extended customer dispute resolution period
PayPal has extended the time you have to respond to most types of customer disputes – doubling it from 10 to 20 days through June 30, 2020.**
