SignEasy is a small business that’s powered by other growing SMBs. We wouldn’t be who we are, or where we are, without SMBs. We’re here, day-in and day-out, to serve the needs of the businesses in this community and the people who power them. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we stand committed to helping you navigate through this time and through the digital changes this time is causing.
Letter from the CEO
It all happened in a moment. One day everyone was going to the office, happily working and collaborating. Then the next, it all changed. Suddenly we were thrown into a totally different environment, trying to navigate through the ambiguity and do the best we could by our employees and our customers.
And while this seemed overwhelming at first, and still continues to be for many, I’m taking solace in this: small businesses and the people who power them are made for this. They’re agile — one moment they’re closing a deal, and the next they’re restocking the fridge because it has to be done. The ambiguity of this time is similar to what they have to regularly navigate. They’re scrappy — they know how to make do with what they have. And above all else, they’re resilient. They wouldn’t have started a business or went to work for a small business otherwise. It’s due to these traits that we will find our way through this challenge, too, and we’ll be stronger for it.
At SignEasy, we’re a small business, we’re powered by small businesses. We’re doing everything we can to help. From making it easier to go through the digital transformation this time is bringing, to being flexible with pricing and payment terms for those that need it, to rolling out new contactless signing options, to adding PPP loan forms and forgiveness forms directly on our platform, to continually sharing data that tells a story of what we see happening so you can make better decisions. We’re here doing everything we can for small businesses.
Alongside that we also want to make sure we’re taking care of our employees. After we all had to drop everything and react, I noticed employees were more tense and stressed than I’ve ever seen them. And it makes sense. We’re all navigating working from home. And not just working from home, but doing so in a whole new way. Spouses are home and doing the same thing. Children are home and need much more help with their education. Video meetings have become more frequent. And there’s no definitive end in sight. The best thing a company can do for its employees now is to help them take care of their mental health and emotional well-being. At SignEasy, that means no-meeting Wednesdays and every third Friday off. And not “off,” but off. We want our employees to take care of themselves and their families, whatever that means to them during this time.
We do this because we know that if we take care of our employees, they’ll take care of our SMB customers. And that’s our goal — to be here, be our best selves, and take care of our community during this time.
Stay safe and healthy,
Founder & CEO | SignEasy

Ensuring we’re always available.
We’ve taken the necessary steps to keep our people safe so they’re available to serve you, and we’ll continue to adapt as needed.
We helped SMBs apply for PPP loans faster by setting up the form digitally. We had nearly 2,000 companies apply for the loan using a PPP form completed on SignEasy. Additionally, we also offered PPP loan forgiveness forms to be digitally completed and signed on SignEasy’s website and mobile apps.
Finally, we offered free upgrades for customers working in NGOs, healthcare, and other sectors involved in the COVID-19 relief effort.
